TO ALL MY FRIENDS

To all my friends, I know you love me and call me names out of fun on my underweight, but this fun often shatters my heart and puts me back into the bed with countless sleepless hours, making me conscious about my body, about myself.

Gaining weight is part of a healthier life. However, it is not so easy. Most people like to consider it is the easiest thing. They will give you the winning formula “ just eat!”. Thank you so much. Now I know what I was doing wrong. (Dah — rolls her eyes). Every skinny person can recall at least one such situation in their life.

People need to understand that the brain of a skinny person doesn’t work as a food lover, so for the food lover, the solution to every problem lies in the refrigerator. However, for skinny people, it’s the other way around. The slight’s distress in their life, will directly and at priority will affect their eating cycle. Unlike half of the population, skinny people, on the other hand, need a schedule, plans, and alarms to maintain a proper eating habit. For them, the food would be the last thing on their mind.

For all the friends, and family out there who are genuinely concerned about us instead of making just vague remarks like “ be careful, you may be carried away by the wind” only if. I wouldn’t have to pay tax on vehicles. Plus, I would love to travel like Mary Poppins. Ah! else, it doesn’t happen.

So, to all my dear friends, be my reason to wake up in the morning, not someone to through me back in the bed. Help us improve our metabolism, and diet, instead of body shaming. Create small groups or arrange an activity with us.
P.S.
Your bony friend.
